This tubing notcher will be up for vote at the next committee meeting. Here is a link to one of the discussions. I think there is one other. It is under $500 so I COULD authorize it but I am not in favor. I’ll ask everyone to give consideration as to it will actually benefit the machine shop, and to whether you would actually use it and we’ll go with how the committee votes. Bottom line - we have the money in OUR committee funds. If we want to help Metal out, that’s cool we can afford it., But as the person tasked to be fiscally responsible for the $$, I’d rather see it spent on something that more directly affects the Machine Shop.
