I came in today to do a bit of TIG welding. I went to sharpen the my TIG electrode and it will not turn on . There are only two controls and I checked them both. One is the on/off switch and the other is the speed control just above it the on/off switch.
I even plugged the sharpener into three different outlets and still it will not turn on.

There is already an issue opened here. Someone needs to take a look at it.
Where is the grinder located so I can sharpen the tips? I have searched high and low.

It’s only the pencil sharpener thing nowadays. Which, sadly, is busted. And it was nigh-on to brand new!
Is it under warranty?
Better be given we’ve only had it a few months. Real question is what has made it fail so fast

what I guess matters more to me is why it’s an elegant failure rather than an graceful degradation. A tool like this I would have expected some indication of more wear or operational problems.
