Anyone know what thickness that blade is or could take some calipers to it? The one near the dust collector/main door? I won’t be to the space anytime soon but would like to know the thickness of that blade for part of a design I’m working on for when I can make it back.
This site says bandsaw blades typically have a 3/32” kerf. YMMV.

Check the blade itself. Typically, we have been using a 3/4" on the laguna. But last I looked it was a full 1" blade. I dno’t know the tooth count or profile.
Different manufacturers and blades will have different offsets. So do a few test cuts and use the calipers to see the mm width of the kerfs.
I think he’s looking for kerf thickness so he can adjust his cut marks for a tight fit.
yes - I’m just saying it is still variable from one blade to the next.

For future reference the size they’re currently using is 0.0450, or 1/20".
