One of the key reasons I joined DMS is to have access to the HAAS.
Board Members, please have it repaired. It is used more than you seem to think and I think there are others like me that joined because it is the only way we could ever have access to such a machine.

Huzzah! Board just approved $2500 toward repair, which should cover the repair when added to other donations for that purpose.
BTW, the board was very supportive and did not object at all (for utilization or other reasons) to this repair. Things are good!
It was approved. I will place the order tomorrow.
