The coming Quiltpocalypse!

Sunday, Feb. 10, is the monthly Quiltpocalypse meetup from 2-5 pm in Interactive. It’s an opportunity to bring your works in progress and sit and sew for a few hours with like-minded stitchers.

While the primary focus is on Quilty stuff, attendees are welcome to work n projects of their own choice, Quilty or not. Well, within reason, anyway. We would be unhappy if your project involves squirting yellow mustard all over our projects. In that case, We’d all be whipping out our fabric scissors and cutting you.

@BarkingChicken, @sinless, and @jrkriehn look forward to seeing you!

Thank you for posting about it!

Newbies, I will have project fabric for you to practice on! You can make a lovely pot holder or placemat, or if you’re ambitious and there’s enough fabric maybe a table runner. Fo Free!

You can bring your own sewing machine (if you have one) or use one of the DMS machines.

FYI, everyone. The next Quiltpocalypse will be March 17th. We will hold it in the Lecture Hall as the Interactive Classroom is not available.
