I am planning a Teach the Teacher class on a Micro Kiln that I have donated to Jewelry/ Small metals. This class will cover how to set the kiln up for safe use/ what materials can be used in the kiln i.e. gold/silver/clean copper “only” and flux. Along with proper personal protective equipment/ safe practices and how to store the kiln when not in use. I plan on setting the class up for either the 22nd or 23rd of March most likely between 5 pm and 7 pm or 7 pm and 9 pm for up to 6 individuals. Please note that this class will only be for the operation and use of the “Micro kiln kwik kiln” and its use for Jewelry/ small metals. I will provide the copper as copper has one of the highest melting temps of the 3 approved metals for use in the kwik kiln.
