I was trying to print some shirts, but I could not get the platen to be sticky enough. I scrubbed and baked it and it was mildly tacky.

It wasn’t tacky enough to keep the shirt down and it stuck to the screen and pulled off the platen. Unfortunately this was the first color in a two color print.

We’re aware the existing platen tape needs to be changed, we’re currently out and need to get it ordered.

In the mean time there should be spray tack in the bottom drawer next to the plastisol ink cabinet.
