Syggestion: post a how to on reporting issues

So if your in a certian group its almost dayly that someone reports something is down… problem is they dont read the required text… so if something is down for them all they do is press issues… input the bare minimum and hit create topic saying “that’s all I need” no. We need more input than a title. What’s down. What happened. What made that noise you heard. What did it sound like. Do we need to send something off for intensive repairs. Who’s ganna pay for damages.

If your anything like me… please we are glad you are reporting but give us more info

@axeonos your speaking to the chrour and let your words be heard on high!!

If all we have to go on is z is broken then z is going to stay broken while we figure out what’s wrong on x. Simply because x had more details and is lower hanging fruit.

For those that would like to know yes there’s a way to get things actually fixed. Its called helping us out to help you out.
