I switched from PayPal to DMS direct payments when the rates went up. It isn’t auto paying correctly.
I sent two emails to accounting last week (2 and 5 June) and opened a ticket on Saturday when I received no response. (Ticket #845163). It’s been four days and no reply on that ticket either.
Can someone look into this? I’ve been a continuous member since the Open House at the Ladybird location (12+ years) and I’m disappointed by the lack of response (yeah I know its all volunteer-run but it’s been a week and a half with attempts at communication on multiple channels).
Responding to the Ticket would probably be the best approach.
I’m having similar issues. Funds were deducted from my Paypal account for the last two months but my membership shows as terminated and the last two times I’ve gone to the space i have been unable to get in. Not sure where the payments are going since Paypal shows them as successfully going through.
@Phil_Mangone I’ll throw out there that opening a ticket in the billing portal is highly recommended, as we are there able to discuss the finer points of personal information without airing it here in the public space.
Well, it’s been 12 days since I sent my first email to the accounting@…… email address, 8 days since I opened a trouble ticket on accounts.dallasmakerspace.org, and 4 days since I opened this threat on TALK.
And we could add @Team_Infrastructure. I think the problem is that Jay is on vacation, and nobody else is handling those items. Not that Jay has ever been “speedy”…
