Why do you guys have to go and make sense? This was way easier before I knew these things.

Harder now is easier in the long run though. The pulley might be difficult to install, but maybe there’s a good reason for that. Just a thought.
Whatever i finally do i need to make sure its removable without having to resort to a puller or other tools, they dont fit in the small space i have around where the pulley will live.
Look for older editions of the Machinery Handbook, 98% of it hasn’t changed unless you are using new alloys or composites. Save some $$$. But a great resource.
