It is absolutely ridiculous that you can’t sweep up after yourselves. If you can’t figure out that your abrasives aren’t sublimatating; I feel the use of the welding area far exceeds your capacity/potential…grinding metal creates dust. Find a broom & dustpan or a vacuum and clean your mess.
Is RFID bashing on the horizon for metal shop? It’ll make finding the sub-excellent users easy…punishments options being 1 month of Sunday deep cleans (behind tools and chests) to regain access…sounds awesome to me.
