Strangeness in the Show & Tell Topics

Does anyone know why the monthly Show & Tell topics don’t have the links at the bottom for New messages, or Suggested Topics, or Latest Topics?

Because no topics match the suggestions setttings:

I wonder if you get admin-y stuff?
Mine also shows no topics (or suggestions) in the suggestions location

I am NOT a moderator.

When I am logged in, I see them.

When I am not, I do not.

The plot thickens. I have Talk open in two Firefox tabs. One tab has the topics at the bottom. The other doesn’t. I am logged in on both tabs.
