STEM camp for kids - we just found out we have scholarships

This summer I will be teaching with camp invention at Lewisville High School June 16-22nd. The program is open to kids Kinder-6th - if you have older kids we get them to get involved by being leaders or helpers with fancy titles and duties. The cost for the week of camp is $225. My son and I have been working with the camp over the last three years and it’s an awesome experience for everyone - except the custodial staff. I’ve been working with this camp since my son was in pre-k so four years it’s a messy, crazy, fast paced camp where we launch water-rockets, throw chickens, invent crazy noisy things that squeak, build bridges, freeze t-shirts, have dance-offs, scream, run, take apart stuff, hammer stuff, and basically just have a roaring good ol summer camp crazy time…with lots of science and technology. It’s the way kids should get educated if you ask me.

We just found out a slew of donors have given a stout amount of funding for students-in-need. If you have children who are interested in attending and need finacial assistance please reach out and I’ll connect you with the director, Kira Hayes.
