Its not wheeled but the base can go on 4 wheel dollies easily
A couple of cheap HF 4 wheel dollies would easily make it very easy to move around
These are what I put on my heavy work table at home:
Welded the plates on with a few spot welds; the actual casters can be removed so they are out of the way once bench is in place and then put back on whenever it needs to be rolled around.
Dan, it’s likely you are familiar with these or even seen them in action.
