Status of down laser?

Is it Blitzen that has been down for the last fews days?

Wondering what the problem is with machine and if there is anything I can do to help fix it?

The sign on it says a ticket has been created but I can’t seem to locate it. I did notice the tube is gone, but not sure if that is to prevent others from using it.

Ill be there today so I can dedicate some time to tinker if needed.

When I left at 7 last night both still had out of service signs.

there should be an extra part from the old Thunder now.

I do not know the order status for the replacement parts needed (tube related)
