I’ve got 12” of some stainless 1.5 or 2” round, I think 406 and 305 That I would love to unload.
Both were bought for a commission project which changed requirements half way through.
Both are in the family of “more” machinable stainless, but I would probably recommend using coolant and avoiding any dwelling with either.
