Sources for Plastic and or Sheet metal molding

Hi everyone! I’m new to makerspace and really enjoy playing with all the “toys”, how helpful the members are, and the entrepreneural mindset!
I’m doing some research on creating:

1. plastic molding (or injection, not sure on correct term, please correct me) say for dash out of an 80’s GM car.
2. sheet metal molding (again I may have the wrong terminology) say for a custom hood on an 80’s GM car.

I have 14+ years drafting and design experience and currently putting my efforts into automotive design. I could design the product and just need to know the next step to bringing it to life!
