This is just some advice and it is MY opinion …
- Rules must be for all. You cannot make rules for a few people. Example: Someone that has cabinet rights and has a requirement else cabinet rights may be taken away then all people that have cabinet rights have that requirement. We don’t single people out or a group of people out.
- Rules and Policies must be made public. We don’t have secret rules or verbal rules or tribal rules or up to the manager rules. Rules must be on the wiki for all to see.
- Rules are not made by one person. There should not be singular positions that has the authority to create rules. A quorum of board members create rules, committees create rules, a quorum of the membership can create bylaws. All groups of members.
