Solid Black MDF

It has been a minute, but someone inquired about black MDF. Plywood Company of Fort Worth carried for awhile, but stopped. LTL shipping from the East coast was the only source I knew of. Happened to spot a few 1/2" x 49" x 97" sheets at Plywood Company today and bought all they had (4). I use this for occasional art projects where I have painted a side white and then carved a halftone image like the two here.

Since this might have been a tad bit of a rash, spur of the moment decision, I’d sell 1 or 2 sheets. They are $60 each picked up in Arlington near Six Flags. PM if interested.

Figured out it was @collinrh who was looking for it. Your post back in January (Looking for Full Color/Black MDF/Valchromat - #2 by collinrh) mentions 120 lbs/sheet which must be 3/4" material. Your source was $200/sheet! What I have is thinner, lighter, and way less expensive.

Thanks for thinking of me, but I went with regular plywood for the tops and drawer fronts on my cabinets.
