Why are the Marlows still DMS members? The emails show that they were active participants in the fraud schemes.
Edited to add: Has anyone lodged a formal complaint? Is that something that needs to happen? I’m willing to be the bureaucratic grease in making the process roll forward if that’s what is necessary at this point.
Edited a second time to rein in my vitriol.

Ah! I should have figured that out, since I had to add “I don’t follow.” to my own reply so that it would post.

It looks like someone needs to file a formal complaint. I’ll type that up in the morning. Way past my bedtime already.

Thanks for that. I’m getting it all put together and will hopefully be emailing it later today.

the ColonBlankspaceColon emoji will take care of that as well.
I posted this in Discord yesterday, but I think it needs to be posted here too.

As the above video shows, the (now apparently fictitious) $95,000 non-disclosure agreement violation penalty was often used to tamp down any member inquiries about the nature of the contractor/bid agreement. At least one member of the 2018-2019 Board stated that the contractor was “not getting paid one thin dime for her (Chris Marlow’s’) efforts.”
And then another agreement surfaced, apparently made between the 2018-2019 DMS President Kris Anderson (with the consent of a couple of other select members of the 2018-2019 Board) to compensate the Marlow’s with a lifetime family membership to DMS. An agreement the President was not authorized to make.
Not exactly an arms-length agreement.
Heck, not even a valid agreement.
