Do we have any pliers in DMS that can snap metal buttons together for fabrics?
I’m wanting to replace the weak velcro on some gloves with metal snap buttons instead.

There’s snap tools both in leatherworking and in sewing I believe. The leatherworking tool (more of a press, than pliers) requires training but suspect you can find someone to show you. The one in sewing I’m pretty sure is in a plastic bin in the corner shelf, I suspect you can just take a picture and google how to use it. Last I looked I think there were some snaps for both those tools and the process I believe is to just donate a small amount if you use the consumables (snaps).
On the leatherworking one, there’s a class this Saturday at 7:00. I suspect if you show up a couple minutes before (or after) that, the instructor might be able to show you how to press a snap.
