So years ago my grandfather gave my mother a old hand saw with a scene painted on it, and it means the world to her, currently I’m up here in Wichita Falls helping my grandma with misc stuff around her property he used to do, and I noticed one of his old( and I mean old old school, one of the old fellers big saws with the huge teeth) and would love to give her the saw he actually used and to have someone paint a scene(complete creative freedom, could be birds could be landscape, could be a bowl of fruit, whatever you want just nothing abstract) no time frame or type of paint requirement, literally whatever you want however you want whenever you want! If there’s anybody who’s willing to do this just let me know what your price is and a rough time frame you think you could start on it! The picture I included is
Pretty similar look to the one he gave her just for reference

That’s a good idea.
I have an ancient two man saw about six feet long - might have to find a folksy painter for a panoramic scene.
Yea he has 1 of the massive 6 foot ones too, and I’m like wtf did he ever use that for he lives in Wichita Falls there’s literally not a single tree bigger than 12” in diameter and none even close to his property bigger than 10” like the hell did you buy that for grumpy(that what’s everybody called him people at church, people at the gas station, it’s was always Nonnie and grumpy, really vernie and Charles(chuck) so the names are kinda like the saw, where the hell did that come from lol
