Felt I should share just in-case other committee chairs would like to do the same. It’s not a revolutionary idea but it’s helping me not need to check up on everything while I’m at the space - @AlexRhodes asked to have a copy so here you go. Lots of moving parts in this place and it’s better if we all manage it together.

The machine shop has something similar on the wiki that Brian created. One advantage to being on the wiki is that any member can modify, and it has a permanent link that a talk forum thread will not.
