Anyone have any extra silica gel packs lying around? I typically have a bunch of them from different things, but of course now that I actually need some, I can’t find any anywhere! Just need a few small packets to keep some bagged parts dry.
The kitty litter that looks like clear crystals is silica gel and will keep stuff dry. It is best to bake it out in a low oven (200 degrees or so) to drive off any water it has already absorbed. Dirt cheap. I have some but not sure if it’s in my car or at home. In any case you are welcome to as much as you need. Will check later today.
