A few of the main time/date calendar settings are on a configuration page. It looks like Minimum Booking Lead Time was updated to 2 days from 3.
Changing lead times based on instructor name or class is a big variance in how it works currently. Not saying it is not possible but it needs to be well thought out. You need to be sure you are not creating a new problem.
Besides, changing the lead time does nothing to solve our problem of needing more specific basics classes.
The Booking Lead Time sets the minimum amount of time between the submission and the start of an event or class. Events still have to go through the 2 day Automatic Approval Time unless an admin approves it sooner. I think this has always been 2 days.

You know that’s not a bad idea. We have AD groups for everything else. I’d be willing to help with a Master Teacher series of classes where if someone completes the training and maybe an observation they can get special approval times or none at all. If anyone was caught abusing or being terrible it’d be easy enough to remove them from the AD but it would definitely allow for flexibility and training on demand.
