The benchtop Sherline tools are marked as NOT OPERATIONAL in the tool status board.
Yet, someone is using them. Unless you are a teacher and / or developing a class they are not
available for general use yet. No one has given/taken a class yet. Additionally, who ever used the lathe left
the toolpost on it. and the DROs were left on. Make sure you take all parts off it and that the DROs are off else
people will think they are ready. I have unplugged the power strip from the ceiling plug. Anyone plugging it in
will be caught on camera. Once identified - if you are not authorized, you will lose your machine shop privledge
for a while. This starts today. I claim Mi Cupla because we didn’t put a sign on them and not everyone checks the tool status board. That’s been taken care of.
