Do we happen to have a 3/32" end mill holder for the Sherline? Sherline doesn’t make one, so if we have one it would be A2Z CNC (which are no longer made).
As an alternate, can anyone suggest a place where I could get a tiny T-slot cutter on a 1/8" shaft? I need to take 0.005" (laterally) off of a bronze casting (shown in red). I can hold the part in the orientation shown, or flipped 180 degrees, but I cannot rotate it 90 degrees so that the slot/channel is facing up.
I suppose I could use a drill chuck but I hate to risk tearing up the drill chuck with the lateral force of milling.
