You can use this kind of steel tubing to make container Damascus, but 1) it would cost me more than $10 to go to Keller and pick it up and 2) I already have plenty of container type tubing for making Damascus.
Now if I was making a table and needed steel for legs, or building an anvil stand it would probably be pretty useful, but I’m not at the moment.
Now, it somebody goes out to pick up some I might be interested in a stick.
I was the lucky first person to message and ended up picking up that square tubing. Will end up using it to build several tool stands and for the shelf framework on my welding table. Was 18 pieces total. Some of the projects I will be using this for have been on the back burner for the last 2-3 years due to the crazy high steel prices.
The seller had around 200 people hit him up on the listing and was glad it was gone when I picked it up so he could take the listing down. He underestimated interest in the metal.

I’m glad a DMS member got it. Steel has gotten crazy expensive of late. BTW: I’d be interested in any cutoffs you might have.
