Savage Printer showing new error

Hey guys, while preparing to print on savage it threw up a new error I haven’t seen – “Please feed filament into the ptfe tube until it cannot be pushed any further”. I tried doing that but it seems to want me to push it all the way through the tube and I didn’t want to force it. Has anyone gotten that error before? I am guessing this is somehow related with the AMS slot 1 failure, but this was in slot 3 (which printed fine yesterday) and slot 4.

Paging @Team_3D_Fab.

I will have a look at it later tonight when I am there.

There was nothing wrong with them. Push the button back just a bit and the filament goes right in. I also replaced the First stage feeder in slot 1 so it is good to go as well.

Glad it wasn’t a problem. I am having the same problem on Hyneman today. I tried what you said for the last time the error came, but it didnt work today. I tried every single section on the AMS, tried 2 different filaments (both Bambu) and it has given me the same error at least 10 times. It’s also not reading the code correctly, and my white ABS is read as all kinds of different materials/colors.

Push the button back slightly. The grey nub on the top of the first stage feeder. That will disengage the gears so you can get your filament loaded.

For the color you will more than likely have to go in and over ride it on the lcd.
