Anyone familiar with a single contour Sander for a ogee? I know you can use multiple individual control sanders to do all of it but was Just wondering if anyone knows of a perfect positive mold of one? Or any ideas on ways to make a mold to make one myself?
Wrap board with cling wrap.
Spray Great Stuff foam on top.
Let cure.
Peel off foam/plastic wrap.
Add sandpaper to custom-contoured edge and sand.
