He had a wicked sense of humor and sometime it came through in spades.

While its a sad day indeed; I think that sense of humor is showing itself since he’s passed on exactly Einstein’s Birthday and around the same time we’ve accelerated past Einstein’s age of understanding the universe.

Truly an amazing force of intelligence. His disease did not seem to slow down or diminish his intellect, just slowed down his ability to express it. He inspired people to design and build devices to help him communicate more effectively - things that helped people world wide with similar disabilities.
I saw that too. Its also Pi day.
I liked his answers about alien civilizations too. No one in the neighborhood or they have come and gone.
