Can someone recommend to me the appropriate training necessary to safely use the shapeko machine I noticed in the woodshop.

I’m also interested and have have been trying to figure out the sequence of prerequisites. It looks like wood shop training has been revised into several trainings but so far all live spotted are the older courses and not their availability #woodshop
I’d like to take both the wood shop shapeoko course and the soon to be metal/plastic shapeoko course in the machine shop.
There’s a class for each, generally held every month or more.

As far as I know, it’s been reverted to WoodShop Basics, and the docs need updated to reflect the reversion.
It’s posted periodically, when volunteers have the impetus.
We’ve been trying to corral threads about Woodshop trainngs into a more central thread, like this one but it looks like we may have gone lax in 2023… Bert can kick us in the butt if he wants to go back to that model.
