I was using vinyl cutter for a while it was working fine, but eventually it stopped moving the roll back and forth and only the cutting blade was moving side to side, im not sure if the roll was too tight or not so I tried a different one and it still didn’t move the roll any more only the blade was moving.
@Josh_Melnick could you US Cutter tech support and ask them for a solution? I’m not sure what could be going on.

the presser feet were not over the rollers.
Vinyl cutter is online.
