I’ve put a request out on I&R, but I thought I should also point out that there won’t be any TIG until this is refilled.

We had fresh tanks - they just weren’t turned on. All is working again.

I kinda thought so, thanks for turning it back on but I wonder why & where it was turn off at tho bcuz me & Charles checked the main tanks outside & Gauge shows 0

So – here’s the smidgens of information I’ve got about that. Apparently they’ll bring them, but they absolutely don’t turn them on. I was under the impression that we were getting fully coordinated so that when they dropped new tanks for us, we had a person/s sort of meeting them to turn the tanks on.
Evidently not…
I guess they didn’t realize that they needed to be turned on. That’s my WAG
As a safety precaution it’s probably standard procedure.

That’s pretty much what Jim said in the Metal Shop meeting.
They probably also don’t want to turn them on in case whoever ran it empty left it open or disconnected on any inside valves.
