I’m a new member and joined last week. I’ve been running around to different people trying to get my fob activated. There seems to be a bug in the system that doesn’t see my email address after I sign the waiver at the front. Who do I need to speak to?
Sometimes the service that manages the waivers drops some entries coming into our system.
If Maker Manager is claiming there’s no waiver on file, I think Beth might be able to assist as well (or instead).
