I recently rejoined and had to make a new account. I can log into to billing service and can see my active membership. However I can log into makermanger to set up my new card. Additionally I can’t log into any of the dms computers. Is there something I am doing wrong?
That’s the problem. One account per person, you shouldn’t create a new one, you should activate your old one. All of the computer login and training stuff/permissions are tied to your old account now.
Someone in @Team_Infrastructure could probably sort you out.
=the computer logins should work with the new account assuming the order is complete (depending on timing the order may not have been accepted yet on the DMS side, they are manually processed often times by volunteers).
However, Malcolm is right. It throws off records, breaks all your training rights, and creates a lot of other hassle. If you open a ticket with [email protected] you should be able to get squared away
