Adam - The good news is that the old cutter is working. If someone fixed it, thank you. I tried to use the new cutter and when I clicked on the Icon, I got a message to Activate the software and it would not me go to the cut dialog. Is that tied to my login info or am I not starting the software correctly?
Yeah, that’s the first thing that we went over in the class. As the software is installed you have to click through the ‘license’ agreement before you can cut with your login.
I closed the registration window and the software was working ok until I went to the knife look icon to send it to the vinyl spooler. That icon was light gray and did nothing when I clicked it.
