Pearce with PolyPrinter has let me know this has been resolved.
BTW… Don’t forget that we have the unofficial Google Hangout for 3D Fab members that would be perfect for reporting things like this… Many of the PolyPrinter employees (including the owner) are members of that chat - which makes asking questions and reporting issues much more quick than waiting for a response on these TALK forums.
