VERY FUNNY, JAY! It appears that the iPad has been restarted, and just needs someone with a pin to log back in to the square app.
The pin is the first 4 digits of the address
Ok, it says disabled for 15 minutes. I guess someone toyed around with it too much,

As an update:
I took the iPad out of the kiosk this afternoon and powered it down. Powered it back on and it asked for the pin, I put the correct pin in and it said it was still locked out.
Whoever set these up needs to reconnect it to their iTunes, do a full factory format and start anew, hopefully with a backup.
It will not work until this happens.
We were out of envelopes too so I made a makeshift with butcher paper
@StanSimmons or anyone willing to connect the iPad to iTunes I can send over the admin credentials to connect it back to tha DMS iTunes account.

I’m over in Ft Worth, I’ll likely be back over Wed Night and will look at it when I get there.
I have no idea how to get the ipad out of the square station… and there is no documentation that I can find on it in the server room.

The fruit has been plucked from kiosk, but I was unable to restore it or connect it to iTunes.
Can one of our resident mac heads give me a hand with this rotten fruit?
Can we order a replacement from square? Is it under warranty or anything?

Its my understanding even with a replacement from Square we’ll still have to do the setup process on the iPad.
I’ll be at the space tonight. If Stan is there I’ll definitely get with him to help fix it by the weekend. I have a mac at home if needed.
