I am ashamed to report that today my Bridgeport power tapping hubris was my downfall, and the M8x1.25 tap in the blue plastic index is broken. Extracting it took down a 1/4" and 3/16" carbide endmill as well but my part was saved. Replacements are on the way by the end of the coming week.

I replaced these tools on Sunday. The tap is in the blue index and the end mills are in the ‘odd’ pocket of the endmill index in the Bridgeport cabinet to avoid misuse.
