Appreciate if anyone can share the procedure to remove one family member from my account.

This is currently not self-serve. We need to ask the Infra volunteers to help.
Go to the billing portal (https://dallasmakerspace.org click on the menu at the top labeled “Member Portal”, then “Billing System”). Log in. Create a ticket asking to “terminate the add-on”. It helps to include acknowledgment that the termination will be immediate and upon processing the add-on will immediately lose access to the 'Space and all accommodations thereof.
