I am needing to get a tour/access outside the scheduled open tour time. I was on call and missed it today but would like to try and get back in this weekend if at all possible. If there’s anyone available to assist I would be greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance

No promises, but there are usually enough folks around that you could probably ring the doorbell. Although, you are more likely to get someone who could give you a tour if you wait for another reply. I’m out of town, and won’t be back until Tuesday.
Do you actually need a tour? Have you been here since the Expansion? We haven’t done much build-out in the last couple of years.
No don’t need a tour just let in so i can get a new key fob. They were just finished up last time i was in.

If you’re good using your phone, there are fobs in the mailbox out front. It’s self -serve anyway.
Find the Makermanager/badges tab – it’s in the very top hamburger on the phone menu on the main website. You sign in with your username, not your email. Same password, though.

Also, if you still have your old fob, you can reactivate it. On a computer, that tab is part of the Member Portal - up above the list of things on the far right.
