How do I request a refund for a class where the teacher was a no show? Not trying to publicly shame the teacher, I just want to know who to message about getting refunded

Hi so sorry about that my car was having roubles again last night(the night before the class) and I needed a tow. In the middle of it I forgot to cancel the class. I am truly sorry and it won’t happen again. I will to post a class again once it’s fixed.

I’d be happy to teach you one on one at your convenience to make up for it.
