I have a product line of kits that use OpenBuilds Vslot profiles in sizes of 2020, 2040, and 4040. The product is about to be featured on Teaching Tech and probably after that it will run the circuit from Filament Friday, and Tomas Sanlanderer etc. even with just exposure on one of this i would be crushed by demand. So i need to seek a company that can fabricate the parts which involves:
Drilling M4, M5 size holes in the groove of the slot. Max 6 holes on one part. There are also several milled holes for screw head clearance. I have cad drawings for all this. Can anyone recommend a local place that could do this job. Each kit is comprised of up to six parts. The parts are precut by OpenBuilds. I have a batch of forty kits on the way, and expect the next batch to be at least forty to a hundred. This would be a regular/recurring arrangement
