When I was trying to simulate a simple image for a rotary carve the simulator in RDworks only shows a single horizontal line and the file will not download to the instrument. I’m checked the settings several times and I am confident that they are correct. Has anyone seen this and know how to correct? Thank you
I’ve seen that. Don’t know what that’s about.
When you run the simulation, you see it still rastering. As if on the wrong plane.
I haven’t been about to fix it. I’ve just closed the program and started over.
Right, and the download fails.
I have restarted and rebooted with no change.
I guess I’ll reinstall

I’ll be doing rotary engraving shortly. Will let you know if I experience same.
I had the same thing happen to me. But if I unchecked “Use Rotary”, it would show up fine. I also noticed that if it shows up as a line, I could press the left mouse button and move the mouse down slowly, it would show the image as if it was wrapped around my tumbler.
