I want to build a raspery pi desktop arcade. After exploring possibilities with the laser, I decided to do it with traditional woodworking tools, since I want to document everything on video to eventually upload it to youtube and not everybody has access to lasers and that kind of tools. Is somebody interested in helping? maybe build one simultaneously?

The CNC router was used by others for making cabinets. Are you excluding that too?

Yes… I know its the best option, but I want to do the tutorial with regular tools, so people in my country can easily follow…

For common woodworking tools your best bet would be to CAD out the whole arcade machine and use a tool like BigPrint to print out a 1:1 template and cut things out using jigsaw.

Then once the cabinet is assembled using a trim router to bring it all into shape.
