Raman Build: Parts storage and some project management thoughts

Hey Science Makers,

I’ve printed the first piece for the Raman build and left it in the science space along with the filament. We should probably get a tub for it. Since there’s 60 some pieces to be printed (though most are a lot smaller) it’d be nice if there was a online repository for the STL files and an interactive checklist for members to tick off when they’ve printed a piece… just a thought if anybody has suggestions.

GitHub is able to host stl files. Although you might have to pay a fee every month to keep it private.

Or you could create a Google Doc or Dropbox.

Great suggestions Ebony, thank you, and thank you for cleaning the fridge! Here’s is a link to the google docs spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Ro4N5EQl6fQFyRqTYjnc3dZA_LF6hZUHZAUhbddUO5M/edit?usp=sharing

Anybody interested in helping with the Raman build, please download the zip file from GitHub for the STL files and after printing please mark “Printed” next to the part name in the spreadsheet. I left a spool of black filament in the science space, parts must be printed in black filament.
