Forgot to schedule some welding classes, I want to give the honorarium 100% to Metalshop

When requesting honorarium remember that your event’s start date must be at least 10 days away, otherwise your submission won’t be accepted.

Does this apply even without a W9?

Yes the committee still will get the honorarium if you are donating it. Without the W9

The 10 day (240 hour) rule will still apply for Honorarium classes when scheduling them.
