I think it is amazing how you can wrap projects with printed vinyl. I think for many projects this can replace paint. I’m not certain about the printer but would love to take a class on doing this and perhaps teach one once I get good at it.
I want to do a display panel with it but I can think of so many projects that this is a great way to finish it.
I have wrapped many of objects from Refrigerators, floors, walls, lockers, display bezels, Kiosks, etc. Check out 3M line of Di-NOC for textured vinyls you can print on (or not). I think I have some sample books I can bring up and leave in the CA room.
What would everyone want to wrap in a class? A lot of things like screen bezels, flat surfaces, and interior walls just need a squeegee and roller to apply but if it has a lot of sharp angles, curves, texture than heat is needed to stretch it/form to it. Here are a couple of examples of different material/applications I just took pictures of.
Fridge in Di-NOC, not as flexible and doesn’t really “mold” to materials.
