Project storage will be reopened and remain under the control of the COO and their appointed representative until January 15, 2025. At that time, the Board of Directors may choose to extend, modify, or cancel the current proposal.
- To manage the storage, the COO may appoint storage volunteers within the logistics team.
- Only the COO and their appointed representative have the authority to dispose of projects, and either must be present during any disposal process.
- Project storage is designated exclusively for member projects and cannot be used for tool storage (e.g., toolboxes, packout kits, etc.).
- Members will be notified by DMS email prior to the disposal of any projects. Text and phone calls are courtesies but are not substitutes for email.
- If possible, Storage will maintain a record of all member projects and provide it to the Board of Directors upon request.
- The COO is instructed to update the South Warehouse storage rules in Source to reflect detailed rules that support these guidelines.
- Violations of the personal conduct policy related to storage will not be tolerated and will include disciplinary action from the BOD."
